* The morning we were supposed to submit our offer, Jamie did once last sanity check with me to make sure it was what I wanted to do and was comfortable with going ahead. She wasn’t motivated by the sell, she was motivated by getting it right for her client.
** Second example: before Jamie and Bill allowed me to get too excited about making an offer, they were adamant that I get a second opinion on a structural engineering issue on the house. They set up an engineer on their own initiative asap by using their construction contacts and it allowed me to be confident in my offer.
Sorry: I can’t but help give a third example and it is more of the Ritz Carlton service. I couldn’t figure out how to program the garage door opener to my own private code, and to have it also work with my car to open up the garage door. Sadly, I would never of been able to figure it out, but Jamie and Bill came to the house and figured out less than 30 minutes and boom, “ my private code works and in my car as well.”
